News and updates June 27, 2009 Dr. Jacques MoraMarco was recently appointed academic dean at Emperor's College. March 15, 2009 Please note that the correct dates for the Waving Cloud Hands seminar is as follows:
February 25, 2009 Jacques will be holding a series of CEU-approved seminars on tai chi and Oriental medicine during the months of March, April and May in various parts of California. Check out the flyer for more information. January 20, 2008 We apologize for the lack of updates in recent times. We are currently redesigning the website, check back soon for our new design with new content! In the meantime, Eric has recently moved back to Northern California, so if you are in the San Francisco Bay Area and interested in learning more about Sun Taiji, you can email Eric at suntaiji@mac.com. On May 20, 2005, Jacques and Eric went to Beijing to pay their respects to Master Sun Shurong. There, despite her deteriorating health condition, she reiterated how it was her hope and dream to see Sun-style Taiji continue to flourish in both China and the rest of the world. Sadly, she passed away two days later on May 22, 2005. She was 86 years old. She was one of the last remaining practicioners who studied directly under her grandfather, Master Sun Lutang, and will be sorely missed.
